Door Latch - Please Help

I need a driver's side door latch for my 1972 Duster. I only have been able to find new reproduction latches for 1968 A-Bodies. I found one NOS latch for a 1972 A-Body on ebay but it looks like it was stored in a very damp place and is quite rusty. When I compared the pictures of the 1972 door latch and the 1968 door latch they looked very similar.
Does anyone know if the 1968 A-Body door latch will work on a 1972 Duster.

According to the Year One catalog, 71-76 use the same handle and they have them, but they are NEVER the first place I choose to buy anything as they generally sell at high retail price.

I found one. Just joined for A-Bodies only a few hours ago and already another member has helped me out and I should be receiving the part soon. I am glad I joined!
