The first pic "Black trash" says tuned by Don Leneave. I am from about 20 minutes from Fulton Kentucky and Don lives in Paducah. I have known him for years. He is an old racer form back in the day. Still messes with old cars mostly GM stuff now though. That is too cool that that pic showed up on here. Oh yeah, he still runs a shop out on the southside of Paducah on the beltline. Does mostly newer cars but has a wicked first gen Camaro.

I'm loving this trip down memory lane. Brings back the days and nights of splintered wooden seat grandstands, chewed up asphalt pit areas, F/X cars, skanky overpriced lukewarm beer, port-a-potties, being able to stand real close to the starting line with a pit pass, approachable pro drivers, blowers being launched into the stratosphere, no-reverse gear cars being pushed back to the starting line after their burnouts, 64 Funny Cars, and ................?
