Hey guys long time no see. I mostly post over on Instagram because its so easy to post pics. If you are on Instagram look me up @RM23U0A

I thought I would start a new thread and tell the story of how I drove 6,000 miles in 13 days, made 10 passes on a combo that started a few hours before I left and ultimately set a new personal best the last 3 days of the week. Just finishing was a huge accomplishment but I managed to have the quickest mopar there, finished 5th in my class, and 29th overall out of 374 cars. Id say it was a success. I started the week with no tune at all and ended up using the week as a test n tune.

Thanks. Brian ported my heads and machines my parts. I do all the assembly and mock up. Together we have made this thing work and its getting faster every time i take it out. Brian is a great resource.

I watched the live stream and saw you make passes. Congratulations on finishing and setting personal bests. See ya at Irwindale!

Hell yeah, you a local?!
Yea we’re there quite often. I spoke to you there once briefly when you were trying to figure out a crank sensor issue (or something like that) with your car. You were pretty involved so I didn’t bother you too much.

Oh man that was a long year. Going to the track was heartbreaking. Im sorry if I came off rude but i was getting my *** kicked lol. I plan on going to Irwindale in January. Maybe Bakersfield in February if they open. I also plan on going to the MATS in Vegas in March.

You didn’t come off rude at all. No apologies necessary. I completely understand the situation you were in I’ve been there. You going to the moon eyes race 1-22?

So just a T&T in January? Let me know when you go for sure. We’ll probably be at the mooneyes event.

Nice. What was your average for the week?
I really wanted to try for an 8 second average but the first day sunk my chances. We only got one run on Friday (the final day) and I was going to try to get it to run 8.40s which would have got me that 8 second average. I have since run 8.40s the very next trip to the track. But I ended up with a 9.07 average.

Very impressive, and way cool too! I would love to see Drag Week as spectator. I don't have anything that would be race capable but would love to see it.
