The part number is stamped on the Dodge Dart plastic fender shield. Same number for 73 - 76 Darts.

Tell me what the difference is

On a dodge the fender swoops back on a plymouth the fenders go straight down, So the plymouth fender splash shields have a box built on them to reach the fender tab where it fastens. Here is plymouth plastic and metal you can see the bracket on the metal and the box molded into the plastic. Dodge do not have this and also the shield are different. But this is an easy way to tell them apart.
