Drivers side rad support find!

Needed to replace the driver's side radiator support. Found an OEM replacement panel with Ma Mopar primer on it. Never been installed.
Anyone have any idea as to what the Chrysler part number for this was? Or where I might find it?

Has a paper tag on it, but can't read it. Wish I knew a way of bringing the type out, so it would be legible.

Am replacing the driver's side outer and inner fenders. Took the old ones off and that's when I found that area of the rad support was rusted. With this panel, I can finally finish it. This is for my 72 Swinger.

only thing really different on them is the big hole there... some grill turn park light assemblies are in different places so u will have to see if its same as what u have

The part #3781523 is stamped on it & visible in your picture. A quick google search says.....
