Anybody using aftermarket driving lights? If so , what make are they and where are they mounted? Do they help a lot. I`m seriously thinking of adding a pair to my 68 Barracuda but I`m not sure how effective they are or where to mount them.

I to am thinking about getting something extra for the Duster, i was looking at getting some sort of fog lights but wasn't sure where they would get mounted either...

Better check to see if Virginia declares your lights legal before installing them. This state has some crazy ideas about which lights are legal.

You could have stopped at "This state has some crazy ideas" but thanks I`ll check that out. State Police maybe?

back in 87 while working at a Ford dealership I installed a set of the Marcal fog lamps they were using on Mustangs, Escorts,etc.., on my 67 notchback.
Bolted to lower rad. support and pointed out through those openings either side of front lisense plate. They helped a lot in fog but I got cracked lenses and broken bulbs just like the Fords did. Repairs weren't cheap.
A headlight upgrade is a much better plan. Consists of new type bulbs and improved power supply to them.

If you do add them be sure to run them through relays. Can get them at most auto stores. Just a precaution that I always take. Super simple to hook them up that way and the switch and OE wiring harness does not see the load on them.
Cheers
