Drop base 14 inch Air Cleaner

I've had problems with a drop base not flowing enough air and pulling fuel from the vents. But this will flow all the air needed.

Only if the filter is tall enough. Otherwise it does weird things.
Connecting the bowl vents so the openings are not effected will help somewhat.
