So I got my speaker mount bracket from 74 Sport http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=129759&highlight=speaker
and installed PowerBass 3.5" speakers off of E-bay.
I had to enlarge the hole a bit for the speakers and I mounted the speakers through the top of the bracket and used butyl tape around the base of the speaker to eliminate any possible vibration.
The speakers interfered with the dash so I had to drop the bracket down. I removed the dash vents and removed the original speaker retainers and nocked out the bolt and installed longer #10-24 machine screws and put spacers in between. I used 2 rows of high density foam to seal it up.

Don't know how it sounds yet but hopefully it sounds better than what was in there.
