I'll try to make it out but as a spectator only.
We drove out last year after a huge thrash to get the car back together. Great time, camped in the car at the track with friends doing the same. Even though my car was hurt I got in on the hooptie challenge. Looking forward to this year. However, looking at possibly trailering out this year.

Freiburger hasn’t announced the “drive” yet but he did say there will be a caravan again. Either leaving from Irwindale raceway like the first few trips, or Ontario mills mall like last year. The drive with everyone is a lot of fun if any of you local guys can make it.

Two atmospheres are better than one
Drove out with the group today. Thunderstorms and heavy rain in Tucson in the afternoon but it cleared up later on. Test and tune was Canceled for today but racing is on for tomorrow. Clear and 70 with a little wind now and cloudy, 91 tomorrow. Should be a good day.

Like 10 years ago they were the best source of FMJ disk conversions in the wrecking yards, nobody wanted them. Now they’re cool!
I guess that’s just how it goes, Fox body mustangs and IROC’s are the same way. Used to be a dime a dozen, now people pay too dollar for ‘em
