Duster cluster ID help?

I'm putting together a 70 Duster. I have a 2 clusters to choose from and don't know which is correct. One has white faced guages is this factory?

That white face stuff is awful! Looks like crap.

Mopar tried it on a 1965 dart and never did it again until the 90’s or 2000’s to keep up with the foreign cars.

Top bezel looks correct for a 70. Bottom one is newer with idiot lights
