I've never seen a hole made that neatly unless it was a dealer installed option. Curious.
Kinda looks like a mod my cousin made for his car. Put a hole in the dash for his windshield washer hose to come through, filled up the washer resevoir with whisky/vodka/etc. and had an in-car shot dispender. Wouldn't want to try that these days though. He also had a toggle switch to turn off his rear lights and brake lights so that he could lose the cops at night along the dusty dirt roads where he used to party. Ahh, the good old days.

Will be filled up in a day or two, body shop should be done today.
I'd like to know what was there, maybe I'll hear back from the original owner.
