Duster from Germany

Nice color, nice hood treatment, but what I like the most is the amber lenses in the '70-'72 grille!
That really sets it apart from most Dusters of that era.

I can only assume that they are required to be yellow in Germany, and the you ended up using '76 Valiant/Duster ones to comply?

yes, the lenses had to be coloured to get the licence. there are some really strange requirements here in germany...
i don´t like the look of the yellow ones and will change them sooner or later
 
Nice!.....your car has a clean, simple look. I like it, and I've always the '72's taillights too. You'll have to do a 5-speed now if you're gonna make it to 150 MPH!!!
 
nope, the lenses doesn't have to be colored. The colored bulbs are good enough. But they are only allowed to flash.

I did the 5speed swap and I can tell you that 150mph are no longer a problem. Especially for longer rides..... ;-)
