Duster wheel opening skirt

Does anyone know where to get a pair of wheel opening skirts for the Duster? It's the ones that go from the wheel opening to the firewall\door. I guess they are meant to keep water off my feet when(if) I would ever drive through a puddle. they are completely rotted and there is no hope of welding to any thing. If none are available is there a pic of what some did to fab their peices in so I can get an Idea.

I think I have what you're looking for. They are called inner fender splash shields and sit behind the rear of the front tire in front of the door hinges.
