Ok! Let me start off with, I have a question to ask BUT I don't want a board feud to start and every time someone asks a opinion question seems like people start sniping at each other.

I have been playing with desktop Dyno 2003 and I loaded in all my engine specs and got
512hp @6500 rpm
473tq@5000rpm
this is with my cam advanced 6*

BUT if I retard it 10* to -4* I get
568hp @ 7000 rpm
491tq @5000rpm

and if I retard it to -6* I get
571hp @ 7000 rpm
489tq @ 5500 rpm

I know the margin of error is 10% or more But doesn't these numbers seem W-A-A-y out of range. I know advance/retarding cam timing will move the hp/tq up and down the rpm range but I never knew it to effect actual hp/tq numbers this much (maybe a little ). Car runs way strong and doesn't seem to run out of power or flatten out until way past 7000 rpm. Numbers just don't seem right to me and retarding it that much should drop off hp/tq but move it to a lower rpm range.

what ya think?
