Marathon opened a new gas station on the other side of town from me and they have a
E0 pump. It's 90 octane and cost about $2.60 a gallon. Usually only find that stuff at marinas but was wondering is there any benefit running it in a car? I usually use Sunoco 93 octane and I have no spark knock, just the usual hot soak starting issues on hot days.

Well yeah. E0 means ethanol free. It's a LOT better than gas with ethanol.

I can get E0 94 across the line in BC Canada. I can only get up to 93 in the E10 at home. I notice that I can get detonation with the 94 and man does my exhaust stink. I havent noticed detonation with the E10 93 and man does my exhaust stink still.

it's better for certain applications..
If it's going into a vehicle that is driven regularly, and has a decent turnover of fuel, then you are wasting your money, e10 is fine.
If you are putting it into a vehicle/engine that sits often such as a once a month sunday cruiser, boat, RV, jetskis, chainsaw, pressure washer, generator, etc, then avoid ethanol if possible.
and if you can't avoid ethanol, top off the tank every time it will sit
