Early A Fender Decode Please.

I don’t know much about the very early years.

Almost no information available for decoding the early A body tags that I could find. You do have date made (04/07), body type (V49)(Barracuda?), and probably can find interior color and body color by searching.
On my 1964 Dart I contacted Chrysler Historical (now Stellantis Historical Services) and this is their response:

What year is the car and what is the 4 digit of the VIN?

Looks like turquoise paint with a premium blank interior. I don't have the option codes that year. '64?

In the 62-64 Different plants used letters for different option according to Galens little white books. It appears they standardized for 65. Thats why I need the 4th digit.
