I was wondering if anyone has purchased the Sanderson DD9 header for the Early A's? They said it's not listed on their site but available if ordered. I had a bad experience with Sanderson about 20 years ago so I'm a bit hesitant to buy from them. I've got the Harolds shorty headers on my other 66 Barracuda S and they work pretty good without the hassle and cost of full length types.

I have a 66 Dart 408 and I can tell you there is very very very little space for headers to fit in on an early A body car. Even less with PS. I am not familiar with Sanderson headers but from reading what others have said on this forum about installing any type of header on an early A i dont think anything will be easy. They will need to go around the torsion bars and also the steering column plus the pitman and idler arm. Best of luck to you. Hopefully someone here has first hand experience on Sanderson Headers. I went with TTI which fit great once in place but not easy to get in there!
