Early A Headlight / Wiper Switch

I am sure I am missing something that is right in front of me, and I cant find it in the service manual either.

How do you remove the Headlight, Wiper switch, and dash trim in a '64 dart/

behind the knob should be a hollow bolt with a slot in it that can be turned out like a screw. as far as the headlight switch, it has a button on the top where the wiring plugs in that needs to be pressed, then pull the knob and the knob and shaft will slide out.
 
Surely you have the battery disconected so... pull the headlight switch to on position them feel of the switch body (I remove 1 screw holding the fuse box in my way) for a tiny metal button head. Press that and the stem will come rest of the way out. Do NOT press this button to re install the stem. it'll lock itself in via the tapered end. Good luck
