Hi guys - I got out my test light and multimeter in the 20v range, and found a hot-on-ignition&running wire under steering column. Tapped it to power electric gauges.

Working fine, until I turn on turn signals: the gauges blink with the turn signal!!

What is the simplest/easiest wire to tap for these gauges? They are mounted under the dealer ac vent, I'm about to tap my aftermarket radio yellow wire, at least I know that would work, but I'm curious if there is a better option?

Thanks guys!

What's wrong with getting a shop manual and doing it right?

If you don't mind the gauges being on in both "run" and "accessory" you can tap into the fuse panel. If you want them on "run" only, tap into the fuse at top left, or get into the cluster wiring where they were originally supplied. Look at the bottom two diagrams. The second from bottom is the PC board connector. "G5-20 DBL" is the incoming ignition feed powering the cluster. This is switched 12V "ignition run" from the ignition switch.
