Easy way to remove big slicks from tight wheelwells!

I found the secret! Find a piece of plastic pipe ( 1 1/2 inch plumbing pipe works)you can ducktape to a shopvac hose, drill aproximately a 5/16 hole close to the end of the plastic pipe,, seal the end of that pipe with duck tape. Remove the valvestem core form the slick, slide the plastic pipe onto the valve stem, and suck the air out of those big fat 15x33s! Like majic, they will shrink right down.

Or maybe you can just take the shock off the bottom stud, and let the rear hang down.
Them long studs can be a pita eh.......
I have thought of that, but am running a four magnet collar on my front yoke for the data logger, so not enough travel available to do that.
I EVENTUALLY will get my behind back into the shop and get those pics!

we used to have to deflate them and still pry them out on the hemi belvedere..
 
My opel has quite a bit of room, I can get my 16x33 street tires on it without taking the air out, but my Tina needed the tires aired down. It had 14x32W's on it at one time, but 14x32 was enough, so that's what I used.
The charger needed to be aired down too.

I just Jack up The car by the rearend and put my jackstands on the frame rail. Then I remove the valve stems and leave them out. That’s always worked on my Daytona (16-32). Current duster (14-32). And my tightest my old 1974 duster (14-31).

My wheel wells are just too tight, coupled with a 6 inch backspace 14 wide wheel. So,,,,,

Oh, and puppy likes to help,,,,,,
They make tube deflators, if Your access to compressed air is as easy as electric, pull core screw it on & hit it with the air chuck...siphon vacuum.

Thanks Killer . I had no idea how they worked, thought you still needed a vacuum source.
