Interesting and I am sure the last line is what caught your eye. There are some people out there that are this straightforward. I see this person is in OK and that kind of fits more than if it were in CA. Could be real - could be a ploy.
 
All I can say is if it required 7 parts cars to fix, it must have been reeealllly rough.
 
It's hard to say, he could very well be genuine. When I was sick (Cancer) I started getting as organized as possible, sold a pain in the *** property, made lists of friends that could deal with my various project vehicles, etc., just so my wife wouldn't have all the crap to deal with if I didn't make it.
