Ebay roller lifters

Generally I like to talk from experience but going by the price you almost said it yourself, I don't want any experience with cheap junk like that. If so I would try and order them from someone like Summit will definitely take them back. I did that with some of those cheap ProForm rockers and was able to actually get it back in the package and on their way back to summit the very same day, quality obviously not there. That's been my experience with inexpensive stuff. Not to say I haven't bought inexpensive stuff and then ended up buying the expensive stuff and having the bill of both that's happened too many times.
 
If they are pressure fed to the rollers, I would try them in a minute.
