Wow, you don't see those come up too often. Are all the little plastic insert plugs still there? It's tough to see in your photos.

There are a few plugs missing,but are available on ebay for 5-8 bucks

You can use small allen head pipe plugs as replacements, 5-8 buck plastics sounds good too. I got the matching oval air cleaner for these. Seller can contact me to arrange a package deal to buyer only. Thread jack averted.....;-)
