Edelbrock heads measurement

Okay I know this is a off the wall question, but I am some custom parts for my 340 and the front of the heads measurement is very important and am not ready to purchase the edelbrock 60779 RPM heads I will be eventually using. But I need to know how much further the heads (especially Drivers side) overhang the block, it looks to be between 1/2" to 3/4" but any more accurate help would be greatly appreciated. See photos for exactly where I'm talking about.

The heads in the last pic are the magnum versions, not sure if that makes any difference.

Thanks Rockerdude, I deleted the pic to avoid confussion.....I am building a LA 340 stroked not a newer Magnum engine.

Is that a accurate measurement or a best guess ? I am hoping someone had a motor on a stand and readily available to get me a spot on measurement. Thanks either way

I measured it with a micrometer.

It was closer to .820 on pass side and .850 on drivers.
