I have two edelbrock intake manifolds for a small block. Can anybody tell me the difference(s) between a torker 340 and a tm5 intake? Looking at both in detail they look identical except for the names on them. Thanks in advance for the help.

Torker has an extra water port in the front and larger plenum volume. I Believe "Torker" was a new line of single plane intakes, small and big block, so they got branded as such even though they were originally a TM5 or Tarantula or whatever. Pretty close though, eh? Like an "action plus" and a "stealth".

the Torker was listed for 2500-6500 rpm range,TM5 aka the Tarantula was 3500-7500 rpm range with higher compression and camming needed.
