Confused...

Are you looking for an LD340 4 barrel intake???

A T/A 6 pack intake???

Or a dual plane intake for W-2 heads and what carb 6 pack or 4 bbl???

Are you looking for standard or W-2 head compatibility for the intake???

Your post is kind of vague...

Best of luck, I've been searching for years. That is a hard one to find.

As far as I know the M1 dual plane W2 is only flanged for Holly carb and I am going to run a TQ

I believe you are correct...
I have new M1 Dual plane W2 on the shelf . I will double check.
My real question was about the runner differences... It has crossed my mind before that the M1 may be a Mopar branded LD.

I'm pretty surethose two manifolds are completely different. I have photos somewhere of the LD W2 manifold, I will try and post.

I believe Mopar did the same thing with their LA M-1 single plane. The Holley Strip Dominator was a very good manifold and I was told they eventually had their own similar version cast rather than "rebranding" the original Holley version.

wow, that is a rare bird! They should have named it LD340 W2 as the TA heads cannot (?) be ported to that oval shape anyway...?

What's weird is that the LD340 W-2 still has the heat crossover. I believe in the development stages between the T/A head and W-2, there may have been a version with heat crossover. There was a Mopar book/article talking about stages - W-0, W-1, W-2 and Bob Mullin was doing the development work for Chrysler. The article may have been in one of those big paperback books....SA - something??? They did Holley carb books & others as well. I have it, but it's buried somewhere.

All this talk here now makes me wished that I had not sold the one that I had....
I still have the photos that I took of it back in 2012 on my hard drive.
