Can someone let me know what these connectors go to. They are located under the dash of my 1974 dart. I've looked at wiring diagrams but I can't decipher them.

You can do a search for 1974 or 74 and select this forum only (that will result in searching electrical only). You can do the same for interior, etc. But befoer doing a wide search, you can probably narrow things down.

One thing that will be helpful is to learn the basic system that Chrysler for their wiring. In general you'll find the circuit naming, harness bundling, wire colors, connectors, etc follow a pattern and are similar through several years. '73 is probably closest to '74 except for the seatbelt interlock, and '74 may also get a slightly different fusebox.

There's a 1974 Master Tech filmstrip and booklet about wiring diagrams. It covers the new style of diagrams and explains all of the wire codes.
pdf version here: Browse MTSC by Model Year – 1974 – MyMopar
These later diagrams are hard to keep track of individual circuits. Use the diagram to make your own drawing of just the circuit(s) you are interested in.

Complete descriptive listing of the Master Booklets and films is here:
Master Technician Service Conference - Chrysler's Training for Mechanics
Once you know the year to look under you may want to go to back to the mymopar website to view them in pdf format.

Last I looked, mymopar didn't have the '74 Chassis and body service manuals. But I thnk they did have most of the wiring diagrams from a '74 Chassis manual in the electrical diagrams zip file. I say that because I have a copy on my computer.

Service manuals show up in the for sale section, or can be bought from reputable companies like Bishko.

Many TSB (updates) are available for free at

So how does all that^^^^ help you?

Lets take your last connector photo for example.
In the back of the electrical section we find 3 connectors that looked like possible matches.

If its by the left side of the steering column, has an 18 gage wire with black insulation, one in the center with light green and a 12 gage white insulated wire, then its what Halifaxhops suggested.
