right here ...see me I'm waving.. NY
If I mount my 16" electric fan in the center of the radiator, it will not fit past the water pump pulley.. ..if I move it over two inches it will fit.. I want to use it as a puller, so would it matter if its offset. In my mind there would be no difference on it's cooling effect. but what the hell do I know.

Mines offset to the driver side to clear the water pump pully.
Was installed by the po but have never had an issue with it cooling.
It’s a puller and has a trans cooler in front of the radiator as well.
I’ve thought about returning to stock at some point but this has worked well for many years.

I would imagine that the distrubion of air would be pretty much the same as long as the air is actually moving through the veins of the radiator. So I don't think it matters.

Since the most heat is in the top of the rad. , I`d put it as high as possible ------?

Mine is mounted high & to the passenger side on my bracket car with a 2 pass aluminum radiator & I've no cooling problems in 10 plus years.
