electric fuel pump help

I replaced the old holley pump with a new summit pump & reg. hooked up test for leak's pump worked great no leak's but flow's straight into the carb as if the float's stuck open so I shut it down the car has been sitting for a year so i'll check to see if the float's will loosen up if not what else would it be thank's

What is the pump rated at and did you check the pressure?

Otherwise, I'd say you're on the right track---probably dislodged something in the line and stuck in the needle / seat

I put a new reg. with it per set from summit combo pack pressure on gage was 1.5 so I'm thinking float's& try dart 273 ideas snake????
