How many times have we watched graveyard cars do this exact same thing with no problems?
I'd be worried about that. If I were doing it that way, I'd try to set the car a little farther forward then I normally would. Then, I would make sure not to lift the car any higher then I absolutely had to.
Personally, I just use a cherry picker with some 1/4" angle iron bolted to the bumper bracket holes. It works perfectly.
