Muratic acid really cleans toilets. I use it in rental houses. But tough to use in closed spaces.

I also had several rentals and used muriatic acid to open shower drains. Flush well when done. Using it on anything that has a glaze will etch it, BE CAREFUL!!!!! It cleans rust on concrete well but then again it will etch it and allow dirt to acuminate in the pours that were opened using the acid. This is the reason I dilute it 20 to 1. Again rinse well.
