i have a 1975 dart with 318 engine. recently purchased summit headers, part stated without air pump i pulled the manifolds and i have no air pump but injection heads ( not a small hole but a square hole below ex port) headers flange does not cover completely so small leak does anyone know of a set of headers that will work or of a posible spacer flange that may cover this hole it is square so i can not tap or plug it thanks for reading and any help would be appreciated First time on sight thanks

Are you sure they are square? Just not carboned up...my heads looked like that and I just ran a drill bit in and removed the carbon and then tapped a 1/4 20 thread in and used set screws to plug them....

Those holes are to be plugged. Most are done via drill and tap to use a 1/4 X 20 stud. They can be purchased at a ACE hardware store with a hex/Allen end so it will sit flush/counter sunk in the head. Apply lock tight to them.

No i am not sure if they are round because i am going off what the shop told me i will look at the heads myself. All info i have seen or read leads me to believe they are round like stated posibly alittle carbon clogged. The shop that was doing the work is capable but i think alittle header install job wasnt the big money job they wanted and may have slid me thru. I was looking for easy way out having lift installed headers and collector hook up all at once while i was traveling should have done it myself. thanks for info and will update soon
