Exhaust manifold bolts

I need to get new bolts that attach the manifold to the headpipe. A couple of the originals I removed are pretty rough. Do I just go with standard bolts or is there any benefit to stainless or need for grade 8? Do I need to use lock washers with a new nut/bolt? This is the bolt to which I'm referring..

Grade 8 with brass nuts so you can get them off in the future is what I use, you ben drinking again?
