Anyone know of a good cast iron welder ? I am in the Vancouver BC area. Prefer not to ship it out.

Unfortunately No. I do not,Do you still have the broken off pieces?
Thanks for this. Very helpful.Something like this (in the correct size) would probably solve your problem without welding.
2 1/2" 2.5" Exhaust Repair Oval SPLIT FLANGE Formed 2 Slotted Hole - FX38
Treblig
No thanks.Do you want to sell them .
Would like to keep the car on the stock side. Headers are not in the plan. Thanks.Looks like a god reason to buy pretty set of TTI headers
I will have to research that option. Thanks.Thats actually an easy fix with a spray welding system. Have fixed many way worse than that.
Thanks Yote. I thought about brazing and some of the feedback was the joint may not be strong enough. I will find a way. When I was farming some of the old timers used to braze cast together with very good results. I have used a nickle arc rod on cast ( I do not remember the specific rod) with good results. Both were pretty visible though, but once tarnished the brazing was less visible.

I am not averse to giving this a try. Like you say it is finding the person who knows how to do this properly.I think that if done properly you will find the brazing amazingly strong.
