It doesn’t appear to be cracked, but it’s very rusty, and the thermostat for the flapper valve is in pieces.Yes, any slant six exhaust manifold will fit; the main differences were year to year changes in the choke heat stove pocket and the flapper valve. No reason to replace it with another stock-type manifold unless yours is cracked.
