That wagon is uber-cool. I'd buy one in a heartbeat if I had the chance.
They were members of the pre internet Slant Six Club of America, and they imported several cars and followed all the rules at the time, in fact one car had to go to the Talladega Museum until it was old enough to street driven.I believe so.

I can assure you shifting a RHD car with the left hand IS a blast! I shoulda never sold my ute, 3-speed on the floor...I ended up finding a 67 Belvedere wagon.
Almost as cool.
I can still picture that RHD "never offered in the US" body style with a GTS hood and a V8 with a 4 speed left hand shift.
