What is the fm3 code???
Mopar used a 3 digit code for paint, as well as given them catchy names
FM3 was called moulin rouge on a dodge, and panther pink on a plymouth

I thought maybe
my sons code comes up silver we are trying to figure out the paint that is on the car now to do some touch ups heading to paint store if I ever get the gremlins all sorted out checking brake issues and found the rear axel has about a 1/2 to a 3/4 end play in it
Can’t get it to press on or off another days in old cars that’s been through many hands

the paint that is on there does not look like anything ive ever seen stock on a mopar (at least not that era)
best bet is to find a paint shop you are comfortable with and they got a little gadget that will "read" the paint and tell them exactly how to mix it

No worries man, but someone had to say it

Ask your old man about the FM3 paint code

Now there was something else

Anyway, what are your plans for it?
I’m going to drive it as is for the rest of this year. Next year in the spring. Get a little more detailed on things. Little things that keep popping. For instance, wipers sometimes won’t turn off. Or stop mid sweep. Other than that. Nothing is keeping it from riding.
