My favorite quote is more about the characters than from one.

In the show Babylon 5, the security chief, Garibaldi goes missing and the alien G'Kar is in Garibaldi's stateroom examining a huge portrait of Daffy Duck, when the new head of security, Zack, comes in.

G'Kar asks what the "representation means."
