Fender ID and WIW

Dart, '73 to 76 based on the fender marker and the fact that it doesn't have extensions in the front. As far as WIW, I'd say probably no more than $100.
 
73-74 are slightly different than 75-76. I believe that is a 75-76 as it has holes for mounting a front bumper filler. Also some slight differences in the grill mount area. If it is not rotten and is reasonably straight it should be worth $100 - it can be made to work on 73-76 Dart and Dart Sports, as well as 67-69 Darts by changing the side marker location and hole, and using the headlight buckets off the fender it replaces.
