Fender tag and Build sheet missing

I'm searching for the tag and build sheet for my '69 Dart GT convertible LP27D9B349648. The car has had 6 previous owners probably in the NJ area. The tag was swapped out with an incorrect one from a 383 car. The car was originally dark olive green but changed to B5 blue with a white top and interior. It is a 273 4 speed car.
