Have not done a lot of 64's to be fluid. A lot of options were part of a package and if part of package was omitted then the individual components of the package were marked. That is how I interpret it anyhow.
SPD = 7/16/63
Seq = 5148
BDY 111 = V100 6CYL 2 Door sedan
T=L low grade trim bench
R=1 cloth and vinyl
M=R red
WW1 as stated = White
A-1 170 cubic inch slant six
H-1 all window tint?
L-5 code 415 padded dash?
PP=Upper body/roof color = P - Red
S-3 some kind of speaker? mono in dash?
