Need a little help decoding a fender tag. Picked up a 1975 Dart Sport and have been decoding the fender tag using a couple of on line resources but have hit a couple of unknown codes. There is also a M code under the screw, from what I can see, first digit could be a 5, 6, or 8 second could be a 6 or 8.
Here's what I have so far
E24 - 225 1bbl 6-cyl
D24 - 4 speed manual with OD
LE9 - 1975 color E9 Vintage red poly
D2L3
000 - No upper door frame paint, panel goes to glass
619 - built 6/19/1975
943026 - VON
V4L - Canopy vinyl roof (L = white?)
U - USA

A88 - Interior decor group
C15 - Special sound insulation package

L31 - Hood/fender mount turn signal
