Fender tag missing help!

Hi I have a 70 duster that is missing the fender tag I know I can get one made but how do they get all the info for codes for the fender tag? Also I'm missing the rectangular sticker vin on the inside of the driver door where can I get those?

You must have a buildsheet or original window sticker to have a legit fender tag made.
