1. Are the heater box assemblies the same 63 to 66??

2. Are 65 valiant hood and fenders the same as a 65 barracuda

3. Is a valiant wagon rear bumper the same as a valiant 4 door rear bumper?

4. Are the windshields the same between 2 and 4 door valiant?
 
If you have a sedan you need one for a sedan. The ht cars have different glass.

I should have been more specific in saying I have a wagon which I am pretty sure is same as a 4 door. A friend has a good windshield for sale out of a 2 door
 
Your parts wagon still has the heater box in it if you need one?
 
The windshields for the two doors and four doors is exactly the same regardless of being coupe or sedan. I have a Barracuda windshield in my sedan and it fits without issue. Like I said, only the convertible is different.
 
The '63 still has the bezel, knobs & cables intact, want me to mail 'em out?

I still need to get the steering box out for you & it looks like we finally have a sunny weekend ahead.

I put fenders maybe ?/ hood off 65 valiant on 65 cuda. couple years ago, Seems like there was a difference in the hood latch or how it latched at grill support?
 
I have a valiant hood to go on my ‘65 Barracuda. Latch is different.
Valiant was maybe a 66,and the release was below the hood, not through a hole in hood,and different grille.
Valiant fender i thought was different.

(4) no difference in windshield just the gasket AND the convertible can also use the hardtop gaket too! I'm using a 2door hardtop windshield in my convertible using a Hardtop gasket.

Not sure if they are the same or interchange.

Yes

For 64-65 Yes (part number 2266602)
For 66 No (‘66 SW is same part number as 64-65)

4. Are the windshields the same between 2 and 4 door valiant?

Yes
 
Heck I am NO guru, but would not the heater box in the 63 have to be different!? Good thing here in SE Tx, we need NO heater!! And AC is for sissies!
