Small and bigblock... eh... So that leaves out; block, heads, cams, crank, pistons, intake, timingchains, valvecovers and distributor... unless, you found a way to make an universal bi-directional rotating distributor with an adjustable shaft length to use on small and bigblocks ofcourse

Affordable? Yes. Price TBD. If you build a car like us gear heads do, you have to have it either way and price will be comparable for what you get.
Its not a " slap this on and gain 20hp" gimic kind of thing. Not a "if it works I'll buy it" item. That won't be a issue.

Oh, and you don't have to wait until its patent to find out what it is or get one. Once I get the patent started I will be producing and start to sell them. I just don't want someone or some company to take my idea and produce it before I do

Sorry I can't say or even hint what I'm talking about until the prototype is made and patent it.
But, I will let you know that it will be a desired item on practically any engine combo from completely stock to a full blown 8 sec drag car small block to big block.
