If you have those nasty temporary battery terminals and don’t want to pay for all new cables consider these.

They crimp on the cables, but I soldered the cables into the nut.
Also replaced the nasty red cable for the ground with rubber coated welding cable.
The whole thing cost less than 20 bucks.
My Dart is not a special, or particularly desirable model so I do what works without concern for originality.

That is the type of cable end that came in the old Mopar trunk mount battery relocation kit. I have not seen one of those in a long time. Thanks for posting it.
 
VERY nice. Did you by any chance take pictures during the project? I'd like to see a How-To article on that.

Actually I did some video on it.
It may not be very detailed though.

Just checked and there isn’t really any video.
