ok, pig roast is coming up this weekend, so if your in colo. and want to come, just google the addy posted.......as for all u colo. members, i hope to see everyone there!!

should be a blast, leanna has donated a couple of gift certificate's so we will be giving those away, (thanks mistress!!!) also don't forget the jam session, so if your a player, make sure u show up!!!

Sounds like a hoot, i'd try to make it, but sept 14th is the first day of deer season (muzzle loader).

Sorry, gotta get out in the woods and try to put some meat in the freezer.

It's my pleasure! :-D I wish I could pass 'em out in person. But I'd have to leave my drum set at home. LOL Ya'll have a great time!!
 
When I first read this I thought it would be cool, but I am rarely in Colorado. Oddly enough I find that I will be flying to Vegas on Thursday and driving back to Illinois. If I can make it I will. It is I am guessing 8 or 900 miles from Vegas. Hope you don't mind a Toyota in the drive.

My route should earn me the farthest traveled award.
 
Magnum, stop on by, I might be taking my truck because of the rain. Any one heard from Buddy, he may be under water also.
 
Should be ok, most of the heavy flooding is up north for now,
 
just talked to buddy and this is what he said............

"I say it's a go reguardless......let everyone know we are like the post office, rain or snow its on..."

so the pig roast is on, he's down there prepping the food, and has a few different musician's showing up for the jam...........so i hope to see everyone there that can make it!!!

UPDATE TO SEP 14 FABO MEET 'N' GREET and "PIG ROAST"

okay, the weather is looking up and the pig has marinated....the keg is on ice,
the corn is fresh and ready for grilling, and the beans are spectacular!!!
I have made some appetizers " not telling" and a few other home made goods.
"the only thing that I couldn't find was a bushel of oysters "

be here or be square !!
its all free to fabo members, friends and family...
(donations accepted but not required)....
 
Wow!! May you all have an outstanding time up there, and someone have a plate full for me, and carry an extra large cup to raise in the air for all of us that can not make the trip :cheers: And we are expecting some fun pictures, not just lined up looking neat :thumblef: I want to see someone filling there face with that pork and a carrying a beer stash. And something tells me there will be some good music going on :cheers: a video would be a big plus :thumblef: I would show up at day break if I was able to make it to help/hinder our members :bball:

Good food,people and some good live music. Magnum dart even made an appearance. I left my camera on the table on the way out, and my phone died three pics in. Buddy and Higgs were tearin it up with their axes. There was someone taking pics, will have to wait for Buddy to get some up. Did any one else get hammered with rain on the way home? All in all, was a good day.
 
Hey Dave was gonna post to see if you and the wifey made it home safe. Hopefully Higgs did as well. Also Magnumdart, hopefully he didn't get any nasty weather.
