Thanks for all the helpful information posted on this site through the years.

i have a 1967 dart GT convertible. I installed a 318 but is over heating. It is running at +/- 220 degrees F. What is the normal running temp for this engine?

What size radiator are you using?

When does it run this hot, idling or on the highway? Auto trans? If yes, do you have a high stall speed torque converter? Type of fan? Shroud? How far away from the radiator is the fan? Water or coolant? Always happening or just started?

There is a lot of information needed to help diagnose any problem.
