Flex plate

can anyone help me identify this flex plate, the flex plate to the left looks like a normal small block mopar flex plate.
The flex plate to the right I have no idea what it is I've never seen one that looks like that.

Flex plate to the left is 727 one in the right is 904 correct?

Looks like a 10" and a 11" to me, I have about 5 of each.

The 904 often uses a smaller diameter torque convertor. These are '72 factory specs:
