Probably a long shot here, but I am looking for a sanding block. I've spent hours and weeks trying to find another one like this to no avail.

I have most of the Dura Blocks, Black Diamonds, Acrylics, but this one is my favorite.

There is no part number/s, model, or brand name on it anywhere. It also has no adjustment rods, or the provision for adjustment rods.

It has a sheet metal bottom for the PSA paper to stick to.

It's probably a cheap Chinese model, but it's my favorite of all that I have and it's starting to breakdown on the ends.

I am only interested in finding an exact one like in the photos.

Hoping someone on here might have one like it available.

Thanks,
Tom

Tom, this is just a suggestion. I don't know a dang thing about the technology, but I wonder of somebody couldn't 3D print you one based off that one?

I may have one, I will look when I return to work Thursday

That would be absolutely fabulous if you do.

I suppose anything is possible , but this block is some type of foam rubber and only the printers that are mega dollars can do that type of work.

Easier to just keep looking than spend thousands trying to create one that way. Building a mold and playing around with two part foam mixes might yield a result, but I don't yhe time or

desire for that type of project currently.
